I loved the quirkiness of this 1970s hotel, it was like an ocean liner in the mountains. I love the location and views perfect. The staff were ever so welcoming and helpful.

Although the hotel could do with a bit of a refurbish, it was absolutely spotlessly clean. Comfy beds. Great breakfast too. Friendly & helpfull staff. very well situated in Vielha, on the frindge of the town, so it very quiet away from the busy town center but very close to walk too.

We liked the hotel very much. The equipment was older but functional. Comfortable beds. Spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Good beer. Pool after skiing is great. Billiards, bar. Extremely helpful and accommodating staff who go above and beyond what is expected. Ski slope within easy driving distance.

Location is perfect. Nice and quit. The hotel is old and has some beautiful features. The staff was the best part (everyone very welcoming, nice and fun). For bikers - you can keep your bikes in the skis room which is great.

Good value for money, excellent facilities with pool and games room. Food was excellent and staff were very friendly and happy to help.

The room was amazing, a huge room with a king size bed, a bath, an additional small room with a desk and couch. Really nice.

Location was great, with great views. The size of room was excellent and the feeling was of a comfortable room. Bathroom very clean. Parking was available in front of the hotel. Both meals, breakfast and dinner were buffet and were excellent, with great variety and everything very fresh. The personnel always eager to help. Internet worked fine and it was free.

The hotel is perfectly located and great value for the money. We took the half board option and both dinner and breakfast buffets were excellent. Very friendly staff.

A charming hotel with a pool, nice breakfast and a great service from the receptionist Diego. Comfortable beds, and a rather quiet area.

Interesting building with good facilities. Staff were genuinely fantastic and really did there best to help us when my partner lost her phone in the town (which we got back, thanks largely to the help of the hotel).
